 Personal training at Metro Fitness Club is driven by a mindset dedicated to physical, mental and emotional improvement for our members.  We ultimately want to encourage you to establish healthy lifestyle habits that will lead to overall well-being.

Our experienced personal trainers are nationally certified with diverse backgrounds and training philosophies; key to their objectives is individual improvement.

Each client’s fitness journey begins with a complete evaluation.   Through this evaluation, our trainers will work with you to craft a training program that suits your goals and needs.  Your individual plan is designed to hold both you and your trainer accountable for your progression.  In the process, we will continually challenge you.

We feature a variety of options for purchasing personal training to work within your budget. You can buy single sessions, session packages or utilize a monthly draft where you pay for the training as you go. Personal training is an investment but it really pays off as you receive personalized workouts for your specific goals and one-on-one attention from an experienced trainer!
