Athletic Yoga

Athletic Yoga is designed to meet the needs of the athelete or those who just love athletic endeavors.  The 60 minute format allows “CrossFitters”, runners, cyclists, lifters and general fitness enthusiasts to experience a more extensive class format.  Athletic Yoga is based upon a dynamic stretching system, linking postures through movement and breath.  The combination of complex movement with balance work produces a functional core. 

We are also offering this same class but in a 30 minute express format.  You can look for either YogAthletica or YogAthletica Express on our class scheduel.
